Creative Process

The recycled beer bottles are first crushed and then melted down in a furnace burning at over 1000c. Heat allows the artisans to quickly mold the glass into shape by tender mouth blowing to create its profile. Once formed, the newly formed glass objects are dipped into a progressive cooling furnace to harden and set.
