CREATIVE PROCESS

The recycled glass (often beer and water bottles) is first crushed and then melted down in a furnace burning at over 1000c. . The heat allows for artisans to quickly mould the glass into shape by tenderly mouth blowing to create shape. Once formed, the glasses are moved to a progressive cooling furnace to harden and set.
